Shipping/Return Policy

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders will ship within 3-4 business days unless otherwise noted. For pre-order garments the date will be specified. If you order a garment that is available now with a pre-order garment than they will be shipped together on the specified pre-order date unless you contact us requesting otherwise.

Do you accept returns for refund or credit?

Yes, we will gladly offer you a refund or credit for unworn & unwashed garments with the tags still on. To initiate a return or credit please email info@shopjessicajohnson.com within 3 days of receiving your garment. We will then send you a form with instructions on returning an item for refund or credit.  To be eligible for a full refund the garment(s) must be returned to us 14 days from the day it arrived to you. Mail garment(s) and completed form to:

What is the refund and credit process?

 Any (non sale) garment that is returned to us within 14 business days from the day you received the garment is eligible for a full refund. The garment must be unworn, unwashed and with the tags still on in order to receive a refund. If the garment is received after 14 days and under 28 days you will receive store credit unless the item appears to be worn, washed or damaged by customer. Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. If the garment(s) is received after 28 days it will be returned to you.

Need to exchange for a different size or color? 

No problem. Simply send us back the item you which to return and we will credit the card used at purchase upon receiving the returned garment. At anytime you may place your order for the garment you wish to own. Unfortunately, we are not set up to do immediate online exchanges. To guarantee you get the garment you desire we recommend immediately ordering that item and we will refund you as soon as we receive the garment your are returning. To initiate this process email us at info@shopjessicajohnson.com to obtain the exchange form within 3 days of receiving your garment. Next mail the exchangeable garment with the completed form to:

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned garment(s), please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the U.S.

How fast is your shipping?

Most of our orders are shipped within 3-4 business days from Los Angeles, pending availability. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option which is only available within the continental U.S. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.
